Thank you to everybody who bought Raffle tickets this year! If you did not hear from me on 8/1, unfortunately, you were not one of the grand prize winners. However, your ticket stubs are now 10% Off coupons! Make sure to bring them whenever you stop at the store!
The weather has been hot outside and we are getting super busy with our grooming services. If your dog is in need of grooming, please let us know asap so that we can get them on our books. Shedding season is also going to be starting before we know it.
During these very hot months we ask people to pay extra attention to your dogs if/when going for walks outside. It is easier than you think for our pets to get burns on their feet from concrete/asphalt and it is also very easy for some breeds to overheat when outside.
Dogs bodies are not great at getting rid of excess heat so please make sure to bring a portable dish and some water for them if you are outside for any real activities.
It is also VERY dangerous to leave dogs in our cars for any amount of time. When it is hot outside and the sun is blaring, it only takes 10 minutes on an 80 degree day for the inside of the car to reach over 100 degrees. If you take your dog with you on errands, please do not leave them in the car without the air conditioning running (even then it is not recommended to leave them unattended).
