Cancellation Policy
Because grooming time is reserved specifically for your pet, we require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
- - Changes made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee.
- - No-shows are also subject to a $25 fee.
- -Fees may be waived one time for true emergencies at our discretion.
Card on File
A card may be kept on file for late cancellation/no-show fees.

- - 0–10 lbs: $66
- - 11–25 lbs: $76.50
- - 26–50 lbs: $87
- - 51–75 lbs: $97.50
- - 75+ lbs: $108
Final price may vary based on coat condition (matting), behavior, and requested style.
New Clients
We’re happy to welcome new clients! Our first appointment for new clients is scheduled Monday–Friday so we can get to know your dog, their coat, and their grooming needs. After the first groom, you can request Saturdays as availability allows (Saturdays are typically booked months in advance).
