​ What if I can't find the product I'm looking for in-store?

If you cannot find what you're looking for in-store, we'd be more than happy to order it. You can have the item shipped directly to your home within 2-3 business days. We also offer local delivery 1 day a week!

How long will it take to get my order?

Once we place your order, it will take 2-3 business days for your item to be shipped and delivered to your home. We also offer local delivery 1 day a week!

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat rate of $5.99 to ship or deliver any ordered items under $50. If you spend more than $50 during your purchase, shipping is free!

What happens with returns?

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please visit us at the store and we will place an exchange request. 

Is it safe to include my personal information on this site?

We use a secure site, don’t store any of your credit card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged. What do I do?

We always try to ensure all your items are delivered to your doorstep ready to use. If your order was incomplete or damaged during the shipping process, please visit us in store and we can help make this right for you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
